Exchange & Refund Policy

Daxco aims to provide customers with a fair and transparent shopping experience.

Our normal policy is exchange-first for eligible products.

1. Exchange Period Customers may request an exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligible Exchanges An exchange may be available where: the wrong product was delivered; the product is defective; the product arrived damaged; the product is materially different from its advertised description; the wrong size or variant was supplied, where applicable; or another exchange circumstance specifically covered by the product listing applies.

3. Exchange Conditions Unless the issue concerns a defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different product, the product should generally be unused, in its original condition, in its original packaging where applicable, include accessories and included items, and not have been damaged through customer misuse. Certain products may have specific exchange restrictions because of their nature, hygiene requirements, customization or applicable law.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different product, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Please provide: order number, photos of the product, photos of the packaging, video evidence where reasonably requested, and a description of the problem. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy. Where appropriate and available, this may be an exchange/replacement. Where applicable law requires another remedy, the applicable legal remedy will not be excluded by this policy.

5. Change of Mind For ordinary change-of-mind requests, Daxco generally offers exchange rather than refund, subject to product eligibility and the specific product listing. Some products may not be eligible for change-of-mind exchanges.

6. Refunds Daxco does not generally provide refunds for ordinary change-of-mind purchases. However, this policy does not exclude refunds or other remedies that may be required under applicable Indian consumer law. Where goods do not conform to advertised or agreed specifications, or another circumstance triggers a legally applicable remedy, Daxco will handle the matter in accordance with applicable law.

7. Exchange Shipping Where an exchange is approved because Daxco supplied the wrong, damaged or defective product, Daxco will determine the appropriate shipping arrangement. For other eligible exchanges, any applicable shipping costs will be communicated before the exchange is processed.

8. COD Orders For eligible COD exchanges, we may require order verification and relevant delivery information.

9. RTO / Refused Delivery If a customer refuses delivery or provides an incorrect/incomplete address resulting in Return to Origin (RTO), additional logistics costs may arise. Any applicable charges or consequences will be handled transparently and in accordance with applicable law.

Cancellation Policy

Daxco generally does not accept customer-requested cancellations once an order has been successfully placed and processing has begun.

Customers should carefully review the product, quantity, shipping address and contact information before placing an order.

Cancellation by Daxco

Daxco may cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including:

  • Product unavailability
  • Obvious pricing or listing errors
  • Payment verification failure
  • Fraud or suspicious activity
  • Delivery restrictions
  • Incorrect or incomplete order information

If Daxco cancels a prepaid order, any applicable refund will be processed through the appropriate payment method.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this Cancellation Policy limits or removes any cancellation, refund, replacement or other rights that may apply under Indian law.
